Today was Halloween and Jenna dressed up as a good witch. Stephanie dressed up as a pregnant woman (scary!) and I went out as Jenna's dad. We had a fun night of trick or treating and Jenna brought home a lot of candy for daddy to eat! Stephanie was such a trooper as we walked around a large neighborhood and she went the whole way! Tomorrow will mark the month our little guy joins our family. After Stephanie's last visit to the doctor, we have found out that she is already dialated and our baby boy can come any time now. We're pretty excited! Enjoy a picture of Jenna the good witch and we'll post soon!

Harvest Festival
Hi Everybody- Here are a few pics of us at the Harvest Festival in Placerville. This was a lot of fun and they do it every year from September to December. There were a lot of pumpkins and even more apples! Jenna saw this huge pumpkin and we had to take a picture of her next to it. Over 1100 pounds! That's a ton of pumpkin pie. We went to a place called the Fudge Factory which had a lot of goodies and many different kinds of fudge. It was a neat atmosphere and a fun Saturday out. The weather was perfect and we're getting ready for our first fall season in California. We can't believe we have already been here 3 weeks! We hope everyone is safe and happy. We'll post soon!

We made it to Folsom!
On Thursday of this week, we moved into our apartment here in Folsom, CA. It is a beautiful city with an increasing population. Unfortunately, we made it here way before the movers did, so we won't be getting our stuff until next week sometime! We'll survive with what we have but will be very excited when we get our things here in our apartment. The apartment complex is very nice and we have a pool right outside of our front door. There is also a fitness center and playground within a few seconds walking distance. We're located further into the complex but we like where we are. There is a Costco, Target, Best Buy and many other shopping areas and restaurants close by as well, so we may be spoiled a bit. The best part about it is that the hospital where we will be delivering the little boy is literally a 2 minute drive from where we live. Plus, Stephanie's new doctor is right across the street from the hospital. We couldn't have asked for a better location. It will be a fun weekend as we go do a little bit of exploring. Here is a picture of the girls having lunch on our first day in the apartment. As you can see, we have to eat on the ground because the table isn't here yet! This is all just part of our little adventure! Will write soon!

Moving Day!
Hi everyone! Our house is empty and we are off to Sacramento. It has been a stressful couple days and we still have the road trip ahead of us tomorrow. We have been able to say goodbye to friends and family, which has been difficult for us to do. We love all you guys and only hope for the best. One day our paths will cross again. This is a huge life-changing experience and we know it will be very beneficial in the long run. We are very excited for the new life we will be starting in California and everyone is welcome to come and visit when we get settled (we're serious!!). Much love to everyone and we will post soon. Here is a little pic of the family as we stand in front of our empty house! Kind of sad but oh well!

Packing it up!
So here we are, packing up our house and getting ready to leave for California. Only a few days away and we can't believe it. The movers will be here on Monday and I will be attempting to document our big move! We think Jenna is very excited to go to CA because she asks us everyday if we are leaving. We'll be there before she knows it. Stay tuned! There is more to come!!!

Hey Everyone!
Well, here we are, creating our first family blog. We wanted to keep everyone up to date on what our little family is up to. It has been a busy, busy year and it will only be more hectic over the next few months. If you haven't heard, we are leaving Utah and starting a new life in California. We are really excited, but at the same time very sad about leaving our family and friends behind. Everything will be new to us and through all the stress and anxiety, we feel this will be very beneficial for our future. More to come in the next few days!! Stay tuned!
